Careers
Interested in working in solar and battery installations on the Sunshine Coast? We value practical skills, attention to safety, reliability and a willingness to keep learning. The roles below describe the types of people we would look to bring into the business as opportunities arise. They are not confirmation of current vacancies. Expressions of interest can be sent to hello@sunshinecoast.solar.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing solar & battery installations properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in solar & battery installations or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
